Jolly old Saint Nicholas comes to life, reimagined as this stunning hand carved glazed wooden nutcracker. This festive nutcracker with his long white beard, has donned Santa’s classic red outfit, complete with his boots, belt and stocking cap and accented with rich brown fur on the edges. He holds a mini Christmas tree which is complete with ornaments and topped with a golden star. In his other hand he holds a burlap gift bag stuffed with all sorts of wonderful gifts ready to be given to all the good children of Germany and the whole world on Christmas. The glaze brushed over this nutcracker brings out the beautiful details in the wood grain.
